I was upgrading BizTalk application from 2010 to 2013. While working on pipeline component, I just copied all classes and required dlls. It compiled and gac'ed properly, but still I was unable to add components to Toolbox for being used by Pipeline designer.
For my issue, I found nearly similar & helpful post Ben Cops: You have selected invalid pipeline.
I tried every advice form this post but nothing helped. Later I compared projects in BizTalk Server 2010 & 2013 and found that in 2013 I was still referring to required dll's (Microsoft.BizTalk.Interop.SSOClient / Messaging / Pipeline / Streaming / TestTools) from 2010.
